Tanya Chattman is the Operations Coordinator and Interim Program Director at I Challenge Myself with a decade plus of experience managing day-to-day operations by setting goals, increasing efficiencies and integrating new employees into the ICM team. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Tanya regularly develops new strategies to promote a healthy organizational culture of shared values, goals and the ICM mission.

Tanya has many loves including cooking, hiking, and indulging in a good Netflix binge but mostly she’s an avid dancer who loves learning choreography from Kpop videos.
