Dagmara is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley with 17 years of experience in the financial sector. She enjoys reading, beach trips, hiking and camping. Being of Cuban origins, she is committed to creating opportunities for the youth, especially those coming from humble or immigrant backgrounds, to succeed in our society. She earned a bachelor in Law from University of Havana, has three children and lives in Long Island with her husband.
