Dabian is a Partner within PwC’s Advisory practice in New York. He has over 14 years experience in financial services. In his time with PwC, he has led the firm’s delivery of services to global financial services clients in Barbados, New York and London. He advises clients on how to optimize their operating models, designs methodologies and practices to achieve greater simplicity and value and assists clients in executing transformational activities.

Dabian was born and raised in Barbados and graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc in Economics and Accounting and is licensed as a CPA in New York. Having grown up in a developing country, he has seen first hand how organizations such as I Challenge Myself have transformed the lives of so many vulnerable youth and is thrilled to be able to deploy his professional and personal network and experiences to serve others.
