Alonzo is a New York City-based program and operations leader with several years of experience in nonprofit youth services and operations management. Throughout his career, he has served as an Assistant Director, Program Director, and Program Coordinator, building the budget, compliance, and reporting systems that keep youth-serving programs running smoothly and leading the cross-functional teams behind them.

As Program Director at I Challenge Myself, he is excited to bring his operations and program-management background to expanding access to high-quality youth development opportunities for NYC students.

His background in high-volume logistics operations, paired with a recent transition into data analytics and technical certifications, shapes his structured, metrics-driven approach to program design and problem-solving.

Alonzo is also a photography enthusiast and anime fan, and was a contestant on Season 1 of Beast Games.
